    I make a list every day of 3 “people” tasks I will accomplish. For example, 1 – Have a conversation with X about Y, 2 – Invest some time encouraging A, 3 – Spend time with B pointing out her strengths for the jobs she has in front of her. My “people” tasks bear greater ROI than my “to do” tasks.
